I don’t know about the sales staff, but the service department has little to be desired. Unprofessional! I felt as though I wasn’t a priority and waited too long for my car. I never had a great customer service experience of how Kevin the manager and Alex sales did so precisely and outstanding workout of getting the Toyota Four Runner!
