Service Department was incredibly subpar and beyond disappointing. I guess $67 is worth losing a Crystal Auto Mall Customer over? Brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance as recommended by Toyota-which was AGREED UPON to be free of charge/covered for length of lease at time of purchase...However Todd Serentino in Service refused to honor this or investigate this any further- and I was charged $67 for an oil change that I would have much rather taken care of at a 10min oil change business for 1/2 the price.
