i just bougth my car today new 2017 Rav 4 we been buying our cars over 10 yrs andres jimenez help us great service and great deals we will always come back to crystall auto mall....
They are terrible .they don't take care of their employees they find ways to not pay them what they are owed that's is y they keep loosing good employees . you never know who or what your going to get when you go there for service or to work there so be AWARE you might be in for a surprise.

Brought my wife's 2016 Prius V in for the 1 year check up. I was told it would be about 11/2 hr so I waited. Service Tech Allen very pleasant to deal with and sure enough time out the door was about right. I now have a 2014 Rav 4 which I purchased 7/2015 and when I had my problem I had to leave it and was given a loaner. So far I have been very satisfied with Crystal
2 hours and 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Pathetic. You should be embarrassed by your poor time management skills. Never returning for service or future purchases.
