Thanks so much to Nader in sales n John in finance. I went in for service on my Venza n wound up walking out w/ a brand new Highlander. They offered me a deal I could not turn down. 11yrs n counting as a customer here. This is my 3rd car with John. Customer service here is AWESOME n very accommodating!!

I had brought my Avalon here to have the AC repaired 8 months ago. During the first week I was told it was fixed twice only to find the AC did not work (repairs were extensive, expensive and took over a week to complete). Just recently the third compressor they installed failed and I was told if I didn't pay for further parts (which should have been replaced first) they would not cover the cost of the compressor again. Reluctantly I paid for this repair and once again I have no AC.

Service advisor (who was late for my 7am appointment) told me that they can't use the 0w-20 (as per the manual) I brought for my 2014 Mazda oil change, because in the past they put in oil that a customer brought that was the wrong spec. Problem with that story is that, while said customer is also at fault, the story implies that their oil techs don't check spec. I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I have had my Mazda serviced at this location for over 6 years now, and decided to start looking to purchase a new Mazda yesterday at Crystal Auto Mall. I had set up a reservation with Jeff prior to the date. When I arrived, they had no idea I was coming and I was linked up with some young salesman named Mauricio. Unfortunately our experience was filled with lies and scams. The dealership promised one thing and I had the hard evidence to prove it and all they could say was sorry that was a mistake....may I add, they knew they made a mistake once they finally scammed me to come and then tried to hide it but once again I proved them wrong. Maybe the dealership or at least the MAZDA department should get their entire team, especially the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS on the same page with the sales relations and sale managers.
