Awful experience - I will never go back! They should learn to make detailed accurate estimates. One of their service advisors named Vinnie needs to learn how to talk to customers!
So far my family has purchased 9 vehicles from Crystal. I can personally account for 4. 3 Mazda and now a Toyota. Always had a pleasant buying and service experience. I'll never shop anywhere else.
