Incredibly thankful to Dr. Maykel and his entire staff. From the moment I knew I had to have surgery his expertise was apparent in how he communicated with me both at my initial visit at his clinic to day of my surgery. His bedside manner across both environments was filled with empathy, explaining the details of surgery to comforting me as I was prepped for surgery. Clear he has high expectations for his staff as they all deeply care about their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Maykel as a colorectal surgeon.
Dr. Maykel just did a Colectomy for me and I have done very well. He has a nice bedside manner and spends time with you to answer any questions. I would highly recommend him to friends and family
Referred to Dr Maykel for consults for surgery. New antibiotics didn’t work and recommended surgery. Surgery went great.
I had to have a sigmoid resection and I honestly felt that I couldn’t have been in better hands. Dr. Maykel was very compassionate and caring. He explained everything to me so I understood the procedure and the recovery and he has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Maykel is known by many of the other doctors and nurses as a top rated physician in colorectal surgery. After meeting with him and discussing the plans of my care and having completed the plan I have felt completely confident in his hands and those of his colleagues the whole time. His is also a wonderful Christian in every sense of the word
Dr.Maykel picked me up as a patient after being treated for 6 months in pain. Took swift action and fixed the issue yes issues now because it went on so long. I would adamantly recommend him to everyone.
