I managed to get a patch test on Thursday for an LVL appointment on Friday. Everyone I met was really kind. I have had LVLs before but these are by far the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t realise you could get them so good until going to Maxwells and having them done by Claire. She was really kind and I loved how she was telling me what she was doing throughout the whole process and even gave me a head massage whilst the LVL was waiting to work. Lisa was so lovely. She took the time to ask me what I was expecting and explained how she was going to cut my hair to give the look I wanted, gave some good advice and the colour took well. Left feeling very happy with my hair and the experience in general.
