Honestly speaking, if I could give this place 6 stars, I would! My salesman was Mike McGovern and he went above and beyond for me. The process was quick, fair , and I left happy! There has been many other dealerships I have visited where i see upset people sitting at desks, going over numbers , everyone seems unsure and the wife is whispering to the husband back and forth- not at here! We went to look to lease a car that we always do every 3 1/2 years and we decided on a Santa Fa, Hyundai. I must say that the experience at your Newark location was phenomenal. We were greeted with the upmost professionalism and honesty I have every dealt with at a car dealership. Not usually the type to write a review on any platform but Maxon is the exception! Recently bought my first car from Maxon and I couldn't be happier with my purchase as well as the customer service I received! The car was exactly how it was advertised and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lame. Called for a set appointment....told them I was driving over an hour to see a specific vehicle. Didn't have it ready....and then tried to cover up that it wouldn't start. Guy said he should have not set the appointment, car was in the shop. Would have been good to know that before making me wait 40 minutes and driving an hour and 20 minutes to get there. Thanks for a waisted day Maxon.
