Awful customer service, they fail at the customer experience. I wasted 5 hours of my life driving from PA to find out the car I loved was a freaking lemon.
We are getting our car serviced here, never had a bad experience. Friendly and accommodating staff that takes care of our needs.
I requested a test drive and was immediately contacted from John Exum on 4/3/18. He was polite and courteous. I informed him that I would like to come that Saturday to see the car. I also told him I would call Friday to ensure the car was still there since I was traveling a long way. I called Friday and was routed 8 times to different people. I purchased my vehicle at Hudson Hyundai who acted like I was disturbing them by buying a car without financing. I had my last Hyundai serviced at Maxon and was amazed by their service and professional, friendly attitude. That service has continued with my current Hyundai. When it’s replaced I will by at Maxon.
