Leasing at Maxon Hyundai has been really great. From the moment we stepped through the front door at Maxon we felt really comfortable and not pressured which truly made us enjoyed the car shopping experience. Extremely disappointed, called up about a car, put in a pre. finance app set up a 9AM appointmentioned for tomorrow. BANG, they SOLD the car, NEVER TOLD me I need to put a deposit down. Living the dream.
About 6yrs ago I bought Mazda CX9 from Maxon mazda, There was an Ad saying If i traded in my old vehicle no matter what the condition is I'll receive a $4000 credited on a new vehicle. Till now I never got that $4000 credited. This was my first time buy a brand new car from a dealer. I admit I wasn't that smart when I purchased that vehicle. The most disrespectful dealership I have ever visited. I went to look at a Hyundai. I told the sales men Chris what I was interested in... Before we even begin he put a piece of paper in front of me and asked me to fill it out... I'm thinking it for contact info... No it for financing. I told him I did need financing. Then he first said he didn't have any thing, then he found 1 SUV. I followed him outside looking at his red boxers (so unprofessional). The SUV he showed me was being driven by a manager...
