I may change this rating, based on how they deal with my customer service issue. My son recently purchased a 2013 Certified Used Hyundai Elantra. The car is nice, the price was fair, the sales rep was ok, then we made the mistake of giving them a down payment. BOOM! All of the sudden the roof caved in. We paid over $900 in "fees" for this car. Well I am still in the process of getting my car. I went trying to buy the cx5 after I test drive, I didn't like the power at all but the talk with my salesman Bret(I think) was normal maybe I will go back for another choice.
