My wife took her car in for service and said she was greeted happily when she walked in to the service center. The service tech was attentive and professional. Her problem was solved in a timely manner. Overall it was an excellent experience.
2 years ago I was a first time car buyer. They did a typical bait and switch. I loved one car and it's features and they told me another was the same just a year earlier and wrote that one into contract without showing me clear differences. I didn't cancel purchase because thought I just had to adjust to new car but to this day I feel cramped and uncomfortable driving in this other model but don't have the money to trade in. Incredible experience in sales and service. I know the people in this store for a very long time and the great feeling is having expirenced people to help you all the way through the transaction that know what their doing.
Service center is incompetent and managers take 10 days to answer a simple email or phone call. Don’t buy a car here if you’re under 25, if their cars give you problems you won’t be able to get a loaner under age 25. Wish I never bought this junk car. 2017 mazda6 sport with 3000 miles, battery has died 6 times, 40 days total with no working heat and/or air and dead battery. radio functions don’t work. Car was bought end of July and has been in the shop 8 days already. Stay away!!!!!
1st class experience - all the way! From Edwin the used car manager, Dale, John Matos the F&I Manager as well as the dealership owner Michael Ciasulli! The car was immaculate and perfect! Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. As the General Manager of a boat dealership I don't get to experience being on the other side of the desk too often and that also makes me have high expectations. Maxon Hyundai Mazda far exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back when I need another car!
Service was better this time...didn’t have to wait 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. No car wash was offered this time, that disappointed me, but not crucial.
If I had to describe my experience buying a new Hyundai from Maxon in one word, it would be EFFORTLESS! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smiling face (not hounded by a hundred aggressive salespeople like other dealers...) The woman at the welcome desk introduced my fiancé and I to Felix who took great care of us throughout the entire process!
