I got my Mazda CX-9 six years ago. Well I should say all three of them because I had to give back 2 because they had issues. I will never buy another car from this dealer. I had previously brought 2 cars from here in the past and had no issues. I think they changed management or something but the only person in this place that I trust is Roberto in the service department. That is the only reason I come back for service. If he leaves so does my business.

I got my scheduled oil change and two item they recommended for me to be replace and got it done !
Positively AWEFUL. Went in looking to test drive the Veloster. There was a $50 gift card promo to try the car. The salesman bit off far more than he could chew. Tried selling myself a used car then my wife the Veloster. We test drove the Veloster then salesman pulled up a vanilla 4 door sedan for me to look at. No interest on my end. Sales manager came over next and pulled the “what’s it going to take” nonsense. I showed him on my phone a few other cars with better “deals”.
