Expect to do some serious hunting. Doug takes his responsibilities very seriously. He had keen insight in knowing what I wanted and he kept firing to me various houses he thought I would be interested in. We were first time home buyers. Greg was recommended to my wife and I by one of my closest friends. Greg made the whole process a great experience. I can say Greg left a life long lasting memory for me. I was 20 buying my first house and knew absolutely nothing about it. Greg was so helpful i am thankful to this day and that was 20 years ago. Greg helped me with comps in my area, sales & pricing advice for my home. He also was very helpful in finding a very specific & difficult home that I needed to buy for me & my elderly parents & adult son. He have advice on showing my home & improvements that would get me a better price. He even helped with tax exemption advice that I didnt know existed which helped me select my next home.

We have used Greg on two separate occasions. When we bought our daughter's home and recently when we purchased our current home. His patience is unbelievable as our needs for our new home were constantly changing due to family circumstances. I have recommended him to our friends and will continue to refer to him as our "one and only realtor".

Greg has help us buy two houses and sell one house. Greg always made time for us, our questions, and our schedule. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we looked in. We are a young couple with kids and a low budget and Greg never made us feel like we were less important than other people.
