We were three sellers who all lived in other states, and we needed someone who was both knowledgeable and energetic in terms of selling our family home. No one could have done a better job or worked harder for us than Arika. She is an excellent communicator and doesn’t waste any time getting things done. I have already recommended her to my friend who is selling multiple properties and to our banker in Rockford. We will always be gratedul to her!
We loved working with Arika to help us find our first home. She really listened to what we were looking for and kept us encouraged when stress took over. Arika is also very knowledgable when it comes to what areas we were looking in and what type of home we wanted. I would definitely work with her again.
She is awesome. She was on top of everything. Always kept in contact with me. She made the whole process easier. I would recommend her to anyone. She showed me houses when I asked to see them. She even do weekends. This wad my first time buying a home and it was a great experience. I can't say enough about Arika. She is very kind polite and just an all around great person to work with.
Debbie was prompt , convenient to deal with and always on time. We looked several properties around the town and able to come up with positive and down side of each property which help you to decide.
Arika made the home buying experience as easy as possible for us. Great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable and would definitely work with again. We lived out of state and helped us find a house through videos. Helped set us up with inspection and appraisal and worked well with our bank. Also very quick to respond.
We were the very first transaction for Debbie through the Maurer Real Estate Team and while the process was a nightmare dealing with the other realtor and the sellers she handled it very positively and professionally. She was on top of things very fast and in constant communication!
