We had offers on multiple houses and eventually settled on one. Very professional through the process and kept us informed throughout. He setup the inspection and gave us referrals for work we will need done.
We used Josh to help us begin investing in real estate. As a landlord/real estate investor himself he is extremely knowledgeable in this area. He was patient in working with us as we had many questions along the way. It was obvious he wasn't just trying to sell us quickly and move on. He went above an beyond what is expected of a realtor.
