Spectacular! We felt very secure through the whole process of purchasing our new home in Rockford. Arika was always very prompt with her communication and exceptionally professional. Lindey was so knowledgeable about the area and market from the get go. She explained every detail of the process and truly worked for what was best for us. She let us know what needed to be done to our house to sell it then she had it under contract in 4 days for over asking price. Then with our house we bought she made sure we got what we needed and wanted and made the process so great and even enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and use Lindey as your realtor whether it’s for buying or selling!

We highly recommend Lindey if you are buying or selling. She was very responsive to our needs day and night. Her use of social media was very helpful in spreading the word about our house. We listed on 9/7 and closed by 11/1. Her positive attitude was helpful, she would often remind us that it only takes one buyer. Thanks to Lindey we are in our new home and love it more every day! I can’t believe it’s almost been one year already.
