I always love going to Matt's! Honestly the house salad is the best ever! We always order steaks and they have had great flavor every time. The only thing needed worked on is how the steak is cooked. Some cooks need to know the difference between rare and medium rare. Matts has such a comfortable environment!
We have never been disappointed with the steaks here. The unlimited salad and breadsticks are great!

I have been living in Rolla for 6 months and i knew about Matt's but i had never been able to try their food. Today was exceptional. Our waiter was Chad. He paid attention but wasn't hovering. The unlimited salad was delightful. And then the sandwich was served. One bite and i was in "beef bliss". Tender and the perfect shade of "moo". (I love rare steaks.) The price was 12 dollars. I highly recommend this restaurant. �����
Once again my son took me and his sister out to lunch and we couldn't be any more happier with the food and service! It keeps getting better and better! Thank you, Matt and Cindy for all you do for my kids and I!�
Nice comfortable place, although my meal wasn't what I ordered and the steak was raw,and I do say very under cooked, couldnt tell from the lighting,it had been years since having a steak, they could have done a better kid Identifying the difference between a tbone and porter house, overall it was OK, but could have been better
