Great food, great atmosphere. Candice the waitress is so friendly, always smiles, and when we come in we don’t have to tell her our order she already knows it.
We went with 6 people and 3 of the steaks were undercooked, including one that should have been well done but was still rare. When it came back from the kitchen, the outside had been blackened but the center was still pretty rare. The waiter brought the check and then came back to say he had forgotten to put our drinks on (they were all sodas and tea)despite having to send the 3 steaks back, which would have been a nice compensation. We went to Matt’s for a birthday dinner celebration. We made reservations and had no issues once we arrived. Our waiter was a person nsned Brook and he provided excellent service. The food from the appetizer to the entree were second to none.

Matt’s Steakhouse is the bomb. We love the place and it’s always great visiting with Matt. The only improvement would be for them to move to Sullivan. LOL.
My husband is really picky about his steaks. Everywhere we go he will try their filet mignon to see if it will top Matt’s Steakhouse. Every single time we waste our money, because he ends of saying, “This is no where as good as Matt’s filets.” Job well done to you all. We love coming there to have the salad and breadsticks as well. One of the best steakhouses in Missouri, if not the whole state.
