Decided it was time to stop sinking money into an old car. Went to Pete Fowler, who had been good to us last time, and he was even better this time. Very easy to work with, very fair and honest. Got a pretty good deal (at least to me), and drove away in a better car than I'd anticipated. Had the best stress free experience ever. Sales person Patrick was knowledgeable and calm. I was amazed that they would pick up my trade in and bring the new car and the papers to be signed to the house. Never had that happened before. "Great job done by everyone. Great customer service to all.
My experience started with an online inquiry on a Sunday while the business was closed. To my surprise I immediately received a call from Pete Fowler the online sales representative,with whom I set an appointment for the next day. Pete was able to answer all of my questions and work with me through the entire sales process. Even after purchasing the vehicle they have followed up several times just to make sure that I've been satisfied with the car and the experience. The entire staff has been great!!
We were purchasing a first car for our new driver in the house. We were not sure what type of car , SUV or truck we needed or wanted. Robert was a great help with narrowing down the field.
