I want to thank Murph for a great experience. After some small talk we realized that we had worked together in the construction business years ago and it was good to make that connection again. I walked into Matthew motors with nothing but myself hoping to just look at cars to purchase at a later date because I felt I would need money for a down payment. It was no longer than an hour in a half and I had keys in my hand! This was my first time purchasing a car off a car lot and I must say it was a more than great experience! Pete and Alan were great salesman and I will be more than happy to recommend anyone go to Matthew motors and get what they're looking for!!! They truly are a walking man's friend!

I'm so Beyond thankful yesterday I went and Purchased a new 2015 car. This is something I never in my dreams thought I would be able to do. Murph who is actually the sales floor manager walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable with each and every step. My family has gained a new friend and will most definitely be back. What a way to start off 2016, thank you so much to Murph and all the wonderful employee at Matthew Motors!
Kim Miller was absoulutrley the most helpful representative. She took my information, listened to my story, found the vehcle in inventory, had me approved and had my jeep wrangler on its way to my home (almost 4 hours north of the dealership) within a couple of hours. Simplly incredible, professional, honest, detailed, concerned, and a "truth teller". No gimmics, no pressure; I would recomend Marhews and Kim to anyone. very satisfeid.
I can't even put into words how highly satisfied I am with my buying experience today. I want to thank Jim, Murph, and Mike for their help and pleasant, personal customer service skills. Don't do it!!!! Don't buy a car at Matthews Motors. I bought a 2010 VW Beetle in March; I have had it in for service 4 times, not including my scheduled oil changes. It has wiring problems (headlights, running lights, etc). I paid extra for an extended warranty, but of course this isn't covered!!!! Had the car in for two days with another problem with the headlights, and now they said it is a $430.00 bucket assembly and the rear trunk latch needs replaced for an additional $329.00....and surprise, surprise.....neither one of... read more
