Heather quickly responded by txt and email. Within that day, Sat., she also went out on the lot to check to see if the truck was 4 wheel drive and responded within 30 mins, that it was not. She then sent me photos/bios of other 4 WD cars/trucks that Matthews Motors had on their lot. I ended up buying the car elsewhere and I was able to txt her so she could end her search. I appreciated her prompt, courteous service.

This dealership is amazing everyone of the employees are very friendly and informative the management is great and it's just an all around beautiful dealership. I bought my 2015 Hyundai Sonata a couple days ago and Dennis the finance manager got me a great deal. Low payments, low interest. Murph was so friendly and explained all the details of the sale since this was my first vehicle purchase I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience.

I knew which car I wanted to test drive and called ahead to ensure it was still available. I wasn't worried about being approved for financing, so it was just a matter of saying "Yes, this is it" and making a few minor decisions. Murph was easy to work with; he contacted by insurance company, made arrangements for tags to be transferred, and had the service department do a final cleaning (not that it needed it). Great experience.
I liked this dealership for many reasons; it is hometown car dealership and I believe in supporting your town, and everyone at the dealership has been great, a friendly atmosphere and Steve Matthews has one of the most respected business in town and also in the Triangle area! I would highly recommend this dealership as it is First Class! My car I have now was purchased at Matthews and my next one will be too!
Was a very easy process, settled on car and price, and it only took about an hour or so for the paperwork. Everyone was friendly and more than helpful, the people were very knowledgeable and covered all my questions on the different vehicles regardless of manufacturer. The finance people know their job well and get you through very quickly and not having you sit around waiting for hours. I would highly recommend this dealer and would definitely buy from them again if the opportunity arises.
