Everyone at this location was so welcoming and nice. Will was the first to help us in the beginning. He was very nice to us, and made our experience as easy as possible. Kimberly Miller was very helpful as well, and treated us like family. Dennis is the last person we came in contact with, and he was so easy to talk to and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!
I went in to get my old car serviced and I came out with a new (used) car! I had been to Matthews Motors on several occasions and each time the service was impeccable. Mr. Brian Coneal was my sales agent and words cannot express how he treated me today. I went into Matthews Motors just to see what they were about. My son and daughter in law had just purchased from them six weeks ago and they told me about their deal. The lifetime warranty made the deal whether I bought there or a new car. I felt I was getting a better deal getting lifetime coverage that is something you don't get with a new car. I visited Matthews Motors with an eye on a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. I had been to a couple of other dealers only to learn I was supposedly upside down with my trade. Well, within an hour or so, Alan Critcher had me in the Focus, my trade was paid off and my monthly payment was right where I needed it to be.
I showed up at Matthew motors with a price and a car in mind. Dallas not only met but exceeded my expectations. My car was stolen and destroyed. Not only did i get a better car but it was cheaper. I could not be happier with the dealership or the salesmen. I recommend them to everyone. There was a light up in the cup holder. I didn't notice. They did and called me back to replace it. Wow. I appreciate that.
Alan my sales person was very good and positive. He didnt lead me on and service was fast. Didnt have to wait for hours. All of it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice and atmopahere was very welcoming for me and mt kids. Loving our new ride!
We were treated very well, everyone was kind and very professional. Dallas is a great person to deal with. He was upfront and honest about everything. The only thing that could have made the purchase better would have been finding a second key and key fob for us. But Dallas was up front about this from the beginning, and said the dealer could not provide it, but gave me the name of a place close by that could.
"Wow"... this was my wife and I third purchase with Matthews Motors and the customer service is the best I have ever had with any of my car buying experience. I would like to thank Kim & Mike for the "Awesome" job from the time we got to the lot and thru out closing the deal so "Professional".
Had a great experience yesturday with the purchase of our truck. He was a good sales person. He managed to make us happy and help us succeed and convince us with our purchase.
