Our salesman. Campbell Lovett was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very courteous and he did everything possible to help us pick out a car. He helped us by getting the manager to give us a great deal on my trade in and to go beyond their duty to put us in the car we picked. I would recommend him to my friends and family. He is a great saleman.
They were very friendly and helpful. Our salesman Robert worked very hard to put us in the car we wanted. The business manager Murph went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. All areas of the car we asked them to fix were taken care of and Murph even met us after hours to take care of an issue.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang convertible from Matthews Motors and I couldn't be happier about the experience. Robert Walker helped me with my purchase and was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a quick and pain free experience. There were some hangups with the vehicle I purchased; the hydraulic cylinders that control the convertible roof were actually messed up when I purchased the vehicle (something that they really couldn't have a way of knowing at the time of the sale). We just purchased our 5th car (10th car including extended family purchases) from Matthews Motors in Clayton. I can find a variety of good quality, late model cars there without having to drive all over central NC. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano in perfect shape with very low mileage. Previous to this I had a 2006 Nissan Altima which I just gave to my daughter. (Other cars our family purchased there were Chevy, Jeep, Buick, and Honda. )
