Salesman was great. BUT within one month car needed major work and it was MY issue not theirs. Service department seems shady. How do they even get cars to pass inspection and sell them. I’ve got a second opinion and am even more disgusted with this service! I will be reporting and telling everyone of my experience.

I have a two year old Chevrolet Equinox 2018 that I had to put $450 into brakes and rotors, Matthews charged me 130$ to do the two rear brakes. They even said that it is because of the rotor seizing up ! After only 25000 miles. I bought the brakes and rotors. They couldn’t even eat the cost of labor to keep a customer happy ! I will never buy from them again. I will post pictures later.
