was looking for a car they had listed. stop in the Vestal location. no real place to park so I pulled up at the end of one of the rows. as soon as I got out one of the employees in the lot says I can't park there it was for customers. so I said well I'm looking for a car. well we're trying to put our inventory out here. the car wasn't anywhere in the way. so I said see ya. really disappointed. been trying to locate this car for the past few days. at least they could have offered some help instead of throwing me out the door
Recommendedsecond purchase there. originally stopped somewhere else and quickly decided had to go back and see Mike Goff. was not disappointed. had looked at a few different SUV's. he was patient and not pushy at all. finally came to a decision and got a great trade in value for my older SUV.
When I purchased my car, the salesman explained that I should buy Volkswagen Care because routine oil changes and service would be covered. This package totaling nearly $500 got me three oil changes. When I brought my car in for 40,000 mile checkup, I was told that the plan only covers the first three visits. I asked for the cost of those other service visits (oil changes) and was told that they average $80 each. So basically, I paid nearly $500 for $240 worth of service. Salesman, Cheats and Liars. I do not recommend.
RecommendedVery recently bought my 4th Subaru at Matthews through Rob Finta. Always have had a good experience with Rob and Matthews and never any pushiness at all. Car dealers do not give cars away, but I've been pretty happy with all four of the purchases. Service is also great at Matthews Subaru.
