So far good. I picked up my Forester on 7/23 and like the way it handles. Lee Brown was who I dealt with, very nice and knows the car. Still getting use to all the bells and whistles, but that will come with time.
Dillon Affatato was wonderful to deal with. He made sure that once I decided on the Crosstrex that no one else looked at it. He helped me handle the bank and any issues that came up. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future.
Bought a Forester through Katie Gray at Matthews, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car - and I'm 70, so I've bought a LOT of cars! Very polite, all the staff were helpful and considerate, and I got a great deal - without any haggling or games. I can't recommend these folks enough!
Worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced- A level of professionalism that is totally non existent.
I had a wonderful buying experience with Matthews Subaru...I dealt with Lee Brown and he was knowledgeable and got me the Crosstrex that I wanted...everything went smoothly from the browsing to delivery...I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Subaru.

I have had my car since 2011 and every single time i have to deal with service its a nightmare. They have lied to me about something be wrong with my car, they have wanted me go WEEKS without sound in my car, they have claimed to order parts and they never came in and after 2 months of follow up they still tried to charge me.
