Service. $125.00 to run diagnostics on our truck for the same issue they fixed 5 months ago. Didn’t tell us it would cost $125.00 to run diagnostics on the truck with the same issue they fixed 5 months ago until after we decided to get a second opinion. We decided to get a second opinion because they said it would cost $415 to fix it again.
RecommendedI work here...looking back, I didn't know what I was getting into...but I'm SO glad I did! After 9 days of working there and walking by a beautiful red Sportage on the showroom floor, I left with it. Best decision I ever made! I now have the peace of mind of having a brand new car that is SO comfortable to drive! If you don't believe me, come test drive one! You will NOT be sorry!
Buyer beware. At point of sale my experience was good. From there it has been nothing short of awful. I purchased a truck. Was told it passed NY inspection even though I am a PA resident they stated it would pass PA inspection. Since then the vehicle has failed multiple attempts at a PA inspection. Multiple components of the truck were broken and never disclosed during the sale. How did it even pass NY inspection to begin with? That's just unsafe. RecommendedI went in today I needed a new license plate holder as mine had cracked and a generic one would not do as I have Kia Soul. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was impressed as they were pretty busy. Glad I purchased my car from there and service was great.
