RecommendedJust bought a new Ford Supercrew through Planet Pre-owned. This is my fourth purchase from them. Salesman Joe Hoover and General Manager Jim Morse are aces. They made the whole process easy. They processed all the paperwork and arranged for pick up in Norwich the next day. Would never go anywhere else.
RecommendedMy 2016 Traverse lease went great. Time to relook. Service was excellent every time we brought the car in for maintenance. Tim, the Salesman we’ve worked with was always available when I needed help. 4 days after I got the car, my neighbors 2 boxers were excited and jumped up to the drivers door and scratched it. I went over and Tim had one of the guys buff it out so you almost can’t see it. Whew. 👍
