Lee explained a lot about the Forester on my test drive, and answered all my questions. I didn't intend to make a decision that day, but I did. When I came back to pick up my new vehicle, he did the same.
Dillion was so helpful! He let us drive several cars before we decided on our Forester. He wasn't pushy at all. He was honest and fair and didn't play games like other dealerships we've been to. He made it easy and enjoyable to purchase a car. I would highly recommend Matthews! I love my new (preowned) Forester!
Just want to put this out there...my boyfriend and I went there Friday to look at an Impreza we saw online. Sales person we spoke with seemed disinterested in selling. Therefore we were disinterested in buying from Matthews. Could have made a sale through us considering we went to a Subaru dealership in Cortland on Saturday and bought a new Impreza there.
I am always well-taken care at Mathews Subaru. Rob is on top of me and so many family members and friends I have sent there. I wouldn't buy my cars anywhere else
Lee Brown was very helpful and ever efficient in the process of a buying my new Subaru. He answered all my questions via emails very promply.
