Had a great experience buying my new 2021 Kia Seltos from Rich French at Matthews Auto. He even let us drive the Seltos to lunch at Chili's while making our decision. Thanks Rich!
My mother was so excited about getting her car. She went on a Thursday and was told her car would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Well no call no nothing she called Tuesday and they couldn't find the title. SMH then Wednesday we finally took a ride up and 2 hours later still no car. Spoke with the rude manager, rude secretary and let me tell ya nothing but extreme attitudes! Wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last dealership on Earth!
RecommendedHad great service from the Matthews in great bend. The part came in a half week early and they got my truck in the next day and completed it by noon still. service techs were very informative and took good care of me. overall a great experience from them and would highly recommend them
RecommendedI hate car shopping. I went to planet pre owned on the parkway looking for a new car. I found a couple of 2019 jettas that I liked, I walked in and sat down with Andy and can I just say Andy is amazing! He made the whole process painless, quick and easy!! I ended up with an amazing deal on a car and I could not thank Andy enough for helping me through the process of helping me find a car that I actually love! 10/10 would go back to work with him!

I usually dread the thought of dealing with dealerships but Dillon, Mike, and Audrey answered all my questions while making it hassle free. All staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable which made this an exceptionally smooth experience.
