Worst experience ever. I went in for an appointment for a pre approval - I called and got an email to send all of my paystubs and letter of payout. I get to the dealership and the man I have an appointment with was off that day, the salesman they place me with (although very nice) did not listen to anything I was saying, trying to make me fill out a credit application again when my credit already took a hard inquiry hit. RecommendedFirst time car buyers at a dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Domenico Rossi at Matthews Subaru. He was super patient, answered all of our (many many) questions. Dom made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. We may be in the market for another vehicle next year and will definitely be heading back to Matthews and talking to Dom again. Didn’t let me look at a vehicle that I was there to look at and lowballed me on my trade in price. Not ever shopping there for a vehicle. On top of that, I waited at a desk for about 30 mins with no one there. This is on the parkway next to the ford dealer

Service is way overpriced. Car I bought from then needs work every other week. Prices are way higher than any other dealer in the area for the same vehicles.
RecommendedRich French was amazing when I came In looking for something I always wanted which was a SUV, I never thought to look into Kia because I have heard some pretty bad things. When I told Rich he did explain pretty much they used to but has gotten way better. The beautiful 2021 Kia Seltos next to his desk was what I was Excatly looking for.
