Very comforting bedside manner, thoughtful and considerate.
My pain was gone after the very first visit! I would recommend Dr. Hansen.
Dr. Hansen is phenomenal. He takes an interest in his patents' whole well-being. I had a bone spur causing more problems than just the discomfort involved. I didn't want to go to a doctor because I didn't want to be told to quit jogging for any period of recovery. I sought out Dr. Hansen when the discomfort was pretty bad. He took the time to discuss the immediate need for surgery and the recuperation necessary. He was considerate of my time and desire to return to normal activities. I went to Dr. Hansen for a 2nd opinion, the 1st dr I saw wanted to do a complicated surgery after a 6 month treatment plan that did not work. Dr. Hansen told me that i did not have the problem the original Dr said I had and started a different treatment plan. 6 weeks later I am pain free and back to my normal activities and best of all NO SURGERY! Dr. Hansen diagnosis and treatment was excellent. He has superior bedside manner, explaining all options and a very high level of detail. His treatment and cure was within two visits. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen.
The first visit with Dr. Hansen, I was very concerned due to the pain I was having from a botched bunion surgery done in 2009 by a different doctor at a Royal Oak hospital. Dr. Hansen corrected the surgery, the bunion is gone, the pain is gone. He is very professional, and I would highly recommend this doctor.
I have been a patient of the practice for 3 years, Clinton Township location. obtained orthotics through Dr. LaMar, have also seen Dr. King. recently traded by Dr. Hanson after I stepped on a sharp object, which resulted in irritation of the plantar fascia. After 2 cortisone shots (with freezing spray) the condition is resolved. Wearing supportive orthotics is important! Dr. Hanson was friendly , informative and spent appropriate amount of time with my appointment. would recommend him.
Dr. Hansen is mild mannered and very approachable. I needed an injection to treat my plantar fasciitis, which Dr. Hansen painlessly administered. He is the best!
I experienced a severe bout of plantar fasciitis just a couple of weeks before my son's wedding and the nurse was able to find me an appointment the same day that I called when she learned of my circumstances. Dr. Hansen treated me with hydrocortisone injections and then again the next week, which was just one week before the wedding. Needless to say my heel pain improved and I was able to wear the cute shoes that I bought for my dress and even do some dancing.
