I’ve been coming to you regularly — the atmosphere is great and the manager clearly puts in a lot of effort. But recently I saw something I couldn’t overlook. There’s no proper disinfection of clippers or scissors between clients. Last time, a sweaty guy came in straight after work and sat down for a cut. No one disinfected the tools after him, and I was next. That’s not acceptable — especially in this profession where hygiene is absolutely crucial.
