I was thoroughly disappointed by the service I received. I booked the £28 pedicure, advertised as a 40-minute treatment, but despite the salon being quiet, the technician rushed through the entire process in just 20 minutes. My feet were not given any time to soak before she began working on the cuticles, and the massage and moisturiser application at the end lasted no more than 25 seconds. Called in for a BIAB refill which they said would cost £35, they then added an extra £10 on when half way through because they “had to use the machine” to remove old polish.i mean a BIAB ALWAYS needs buffed off with the machine. Left and realised one hand wasn’t top coated, went back she buffed and top coated them. Nail broke off to the tip the following day! This literally never happens with BIAB.
