The massages where always good, but the people that work there are complete morons! They pretty much can never get you in when the time works for you! I would never suggest anyone to be a member because it's horrible. I've had not one but many bad experiences with trying to schedule appointments!
Total disregard for customers.. My wife had 2 appointments cancelled in the last week., one less than an hour before it was scheduled.. The reason being the massuese was sick.. No apologies, no kind of credit for future massages.. But when illness forced her to cancel an appointment 24 hours beforehand, she lost one of her free massages... She smartly cancelled her membership Will do everything possible to tell everyone to avoid these uncaring people. She will look for a massage place that actually gives a damn...
My fiance' & I just had a couples massage this weekend with Nikki & Erin, it was great! Highly recommended!
Today was my second time with Erin - love her deep tissue!
My husband and I just enjoyed a couples massage (our first time for a professional massage) by Chris and Tiffany. They were great, our massages were AMAZING and Christine at the front desk was awesome too! We are now members :)
