We booked a couples massage and although we were in the same room, we had different experiences. My massage was awesome- a gentleman named Azai, but my husband had the worlds laziest massage therapist, a woman named Joey. She never even stood up and basically rubbed his skin not muscles. When it was over and the front desk asked how it was, he said not good and they proceeded to ring us up for $190. Poor guy got a crappy $95 massage.
I got a massage and facial. Those actual services were great, but the staff at the desk are horrible. I bought a kit, the computer “broke” mid transaction. The desk staff called me later and said my original payment never processed and had me pay again over the phone. Fast forward, I got charged twice for 1 item. When I called about the situation, I was originally told I would have to wait 2 days to start the refund process because only certain staff can issue refunds. They are not to be trusted. Booked an appointment yesterday for this location and the hospitality when I first walked in was so amazing. Very polite women working at the front and took me in very quickly. Was with Melissa yesterday and she took care of me above and beyond. Walked in side with arm pain and left feeling much happier and not sore. As a member for over 2+ years I can’t wait to come back again!
Massages are generally nice, prefer the females to males. Had one onetime with a male and he lingered a little too long and slow and it made me feel strange. I didn’t speak up but will only have the females from now on. Never had a bad experience with them. Most professional.
