Just had my appointment cancelled that I made a month ago and of course they are booked the rest of the day. Very unprofessional. We pay for a membership but that clearly means nothing. They offered to reschedule but I'm sure that appointment would've been cancelled too.
Scheduled a couples massage, was informed of the two girls doing it as well, only to get there and be taken back separately and when I told the girl I was there for a couples massage she said they weren't doing them that night. After speaking to the receptionist and telling her the names of the two girls doing the massage she said they were there that night. Complete waste of our night.
