I've been a member for over a year now and I have always had a good experience here. Candi is a great massage therapist and everyone at the front desk has always been kind to me. :)
Worse experience ever. Was early for my "come in early" time. Waited 1/2 hr - 10 minutes for masseuse. Only to be told she couldn't work on me. I needed a drs excuse (what is this grade school) because I had an operation two and a half years ago. Couldn't get my $ back because there wasn't a manager there. Never again.
My daughter and I had our first massages at Massage Envy Tuesday.We had Erin and Lauri.Both of us enjoyed our experiences very much.They are both very good!Hayley at the service desk was very welcoming to us and made sure we were happy with the service we received.We will be going back very soon.
I have been a member for many years. I have tried for several weeks to make an appointment at this Massage Envy and can never get one. The receptionist are never friendly and make you feel like your bothering them. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. Why be a member when you can never get an appointment??
Had an AMAZING 90 minute facial with Michelle! I feel so rejuvenated, and my skin feels incredible.
Amazing experience!! Friendly staff, amazing massage and free 15 min facial! Can't wait to go back for another massage.....bc I became a member!!
