My wife was sold a 3 pack of massages and wasn’t informed they expired. So don’t fall for buying the package or ask for the fine print. Wasted 150bucks for zero service. When she called they offered her a 10 dollar coupon.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I left a message to request membership cancellation. I received a call back days later with an apology that their phone system was down. Ok, that’s acceptable. I get it. Then, when I called back, they asked if I completed a form- which they SHOULD have sent when I initially requested cancellation, but never did. I checked my inbox & my junk mail. Nothing. I have been a member of this spa for almost two years. It was originally a Christmas present and it has been one of the best gifts ever! I have back issues and they truly listen to your issues and help you heal from the inside out. I would recommend this spa to everyone!
