Really bad customer service.
I’m a long term member visiting from Portland Oregon before we board a cruise tomorrow... I don’t truly understand why,, every time I come to Florida and get a massage it has always been one of the best ever? 3 years ago I treated my mother to a massage in Fort Lauderdale and we said the same thing I did today!!!! “The people here in Florida need to train the therapists in Oregon”! AMAZING job!, Thank you, I feel great!

The team is efficiant and friendly creating a very relaxed atmosphere. The massage therapist was excellent and took the time to listen to my needs and responded accordingly.
