This place is a total fraud. Been double billing me for months and can never get through to a manager to fix the problem.
I was on vacation in Miami , did some shopping and they accommodated me! This was the icing on my birthday cake! ,massage was,awesomeness!

Total scam......don’t get one of their subscriptions, and never use your credit card......you will end up paying even after you cancelled....has happen for more than a year for me. AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING.....No Help.....
Since 2007, I’ve been a member of Massage Envy, and have enjoyed the benefits of, at least, a monthly massage. Usually more! I find Massage Envy to be very professional with high standards and great quality for a reasonable price. It’s nice to be able to use my membership in different cities as I travel often. David (whose name I found on the “Employee Of The Month” Board) did a wonderful 90-minute massage followed by a relaxing hydrating facial by Victoria.
Wow I recommend this place to all my friends, Yeiman is Awesome . He help me with my lower back pain. The Deep Tissue Massage was amazing. He is the best. Book him for a wonderful experience.
I am very happy to have a membership at this location...Osniedy is the best, he is very in tune with where my stress zones are and his work on my neck and shoulders has been amazing!
