If I could give zero stars I would. The massage therapists are fine but the customer service/front desk staff are horrible. I have canceled my membership verbally and in writing. Yet this is now the third month they are still charging my credit card. I initially tried to deal directly with them but now close to 2 months now I am still waiting on a call back from a manager. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company and I guess will have to call them back tomorrow to dispute the latest charge. The annoyance and hassl... read more
