The only downside to this particular Massage Envy is parking. Otherwise the staff is friendly and accessible.
Really disappointed, I have my membership since long time ago, usually I do massage some better than others but ok, good service, today I have a really bad time with the esthetician for a facial or microderm, she get into the room so rude and hurrying me up also she throw away stuff but I don’t take it personal, then when I asked her for the treatment she not just explaining well but she suggested to do it if I wanna know, when I asked for the time she told me: for you is 50min down, sooo rude, sorry but there is not the kin... read more
Everyone needs to come my massage was beautiful
This used to be my fave location but in the past couple months literally every good therapist and polite front desk person is gone. The remaining people are cold rude and the therapists are not good at all. Thank goodness my membership allows me to visit other locations, Brickell here I come.

Very good services and the staff is very friendly and great
My facial was very relaxing and refreshing. Thanks to Tas she really did a great job. My massage was also awesome on May 12. See you in 4 weeks Tas.
