Started coming to the Hyrox classes about 2 months ago and WOW! No classes have ever motivated me like this one- Mike is ace, pushes you to dig deep in every session and you come away feeling fantastic (and VERY sweaty!) I love it that much I’ve now joined as a member, can’t recommend it enough!!

I’ve been doing HYROX classes at Mas Body Gym Teesside 3-4 times a week since March, as well as training at the gym for over a year and half , and the classes have helped me find my love for fitness again! I’ve been doing HYROX training at Mas Body Gym in Teesside for the past few months and it’s completely changed my fitness! The sessions are great, they’re intense, rewarding and coached by qualified HYROX trainers who push you without ever making it feel intimidating. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, endurance, and mindset—and the MAS community is amazing! If you’re looking for official HYROX classes in Teesside, Mas Body Gym is the place to be.
