Absolutely inappropriate behaviour from the owner Kim who asked me so many inappropriate personal questions, and staff were eating and drinking during my manicure which is simply disgusting

Merci beaucoup ! Je pensais que c'était impossible car on était samedi, je n'avais pas pris rendez-vous et j'étais pressée car j'avais un rendez-vous important juste après et l'homme a accepté très gentillement de me prendre. Il a fait un travail magnifique en très peu de temps! Mille mercis pour votre flexibilité et votre gentillesse ! À très bientôt !

Normally a really efficient and professional nail salon where I never had any issue nor my friends in the past. However today it’s the intern who did my hands, she cut my nails super short, hurt me at some point when cutting the cuticles and they were not symmetric at all… and also super far from the base of the nails. No reduction on the price was offered whereas everyone in the salon saw this + I even had a comment of a permanent employee on the short nails.
