My outside condenser unit as well as my inside evaporator coil failed - basically my AC was completely done - a 14 year old unit. Rose did a great job dealing with HMS Home Warranty to get everything processed and scheduled. Chris Langstson and his install team did a great job installing the new equipment, especially the outside unit where they had to work in a tight space. Everything is working great now, and just in the nick of time as the Baltimore summer has heated up. Thanks everyone!
