RecommendedReplaced 20 year old furnace and AC unit with new energy efficient equipment. Everything from estimate to quote to install was professional and top-notch. Everyone who came out to the house was knowledgeable, professional, and in these times, safe. This was my second time using Maryland Heating & Air and would use them again.
After an initial misunderstanding and error on the receptionists end by putting my appointment in the wrong time slot, I left an unsavory review. The owner called me and was beyond professional, and apologized while never getting defensive. It was a mistake. People make mistakes... but the way he handled the mistake was above and beyond what most people would do. Our home is currently undergoing major renovations and when our original HVAC contractor disappeared on us, we contacted Maryland Heating & Air.
