Once again, Maryland Heating & Air. This time our heat pump broke. My husband, in a moment of haste, made the error of contacting another guy who erroneously misdiagnosed our problem. I knew something was wrong when the guy couldn't explain in greater detail what he claimed was wrong. Thank goodness we went back to Mike's who correctly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
My furnace stop working and I called Maryland Heating & Air. I would say they are really professional. The technician comes in the do some testing step by step and my furnace is working in 50 minutes. That is what truly engineering is! They did a great job and seem to have high standards for customer service. I was completely satisfied. I definitely recommend Maryland Heating & Air and will call them if anything happen in the future.
AC went out during the middle of the heat wave. I called last afternoon and Maryland Heating & Air sent a technician the same day and within an hour. Technician and his apprentice were very polite and identified some issues with the motor in the compressor. They were able to fix it up with a replacement part and cleaning quickly and reasonably and also let us be aware to keep an eye on it in case it goes completely without trying to immediately upsell us or convince us to replace the unit. I have been extremely impressed, happy and satisfied with Maryland Heating & Air. Everyone in contact with me has been knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Technicians, Sales, Installers, In-home Service, and Customer Service have all been extremely professional. I have a new Furnace in operation less than one week after our 30 year old heater expired, with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle!
