I already left a 5 star review on Google, but had to leave another one. I contacted the company last night and this morning Chris called me and talked me through to a solution with my AC unit so no service call was needed. I was so impressed he took the time to call and see what the issue was and was so happy that he was able to recognize the problem and solve it over the phone. Thank you for the continued great customer service.
