Had a spinal tap, the doctor was changed 3 times in a matter of 10 minutes, worst pain and procedure.
All of the nurses and staff that I came in contact with yesterday were super sweet and helpful not only to myself but to the other patients around me!
I have been in Mary Washington for heart surgery, the ER several times and been admitted several times and my care was the best. People need to realize that the doctors and nurses do their best. Working 12 hour shifts, everyday, holidays. Give them a break! Not saying there can be issues but for the most part they are exceptional.
Only been there one time when I walked in the door is a beautiful please ask the doctors and all that don’t know nothing about him but everybody is so friendly
If I were able to give them less than 1 star, I would. The E.R. Doctors are the most unprofessional, uncaring group I have had the opportunity to experience. I was seen two times in one weekend with the second visit being horrible. They concentrated on the results of my first visit and never listened to why I came back. I sent a complaint in and again, they did not listen to the complaint but focused on what happened on the first visit. Staff very courteous and professional facilities nice and clean
My experience at the emergency room wasn’t the greatest. Pretty slow. However I’ve been to the labor and delivery department a lot and have never had better healthcare. Every nurse in that department is amazing! So caring and helpful. They go above and beyond for you! Love them! Thank you for taking care of me and my baby!
