Very professional and caring from registration to call center aftercare.
Everyone here has been delightful except for the cafeteria cashier she took too much of my money.
Went to a scheduled appointment (at Cosner office), checked in, paid copay. After sitting 35 minutes in the waiting room I was told that my doctor is no longer at that office except for Mondays. (My appt was on a Tuesday). This was 3 months after my last appointment was changed because my doctor moved from Lee Hill to Cosner office. Doctor called that evening and voice mail apologized for mix up saying it was a "technical glitch". The ER nurse was told that my mom needed to use the bathroom. Her response was “she probably already went on herself, so we’ll deal with it later”. She then left and never returned. My mom was forced to then urinate herself and lay in it. Does that sound like a reasonable treatment plan for UTI with sepsis? When she went to the 4th floor (4west), they immediately cleaned her up. I was at the ER tonight for 4 hours waiting to be seen only to be told there was no way of knowing how long it could take, blah blah blah! Where is your staff, I wanted to say!!! Where are your PA’s for those who do not require a physician? Very disappointed and wait time for was way off tonight! I think I’ll choose Spotsylvania Regional next time!
I’ve been in the ER in severe pain for a little over 5 hours and still no sign of going back. This is ridiculous. Something in the process here is broke.
